Thursday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature

Five games on a Tuesday night. We got triple-doubles from Westbrook and LeBron again. Knicks won a game with Melo being the man. The Pelicans won a game with Boogie and Davis on the floor without any benching or foul troubles. The Warriors survived a scare from the Sixers while Draymond continues to campaign for Defensive Player of the Year. Unfortunately, we got some injuries to Kristaps Porzingis, Sean Kilpatrick and some ankle rolls for Anthony Davis and Jeremy Lin. We’ll cover all that below so let’s get to it.  Continue reading “Thursday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature”

Friday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature

Eight games to start the weekend. The race for the last couple of playoffs spots just got a little bit more interesting. We got a preview of a 4-5 matchup in the East. Bradley Beal is the real deal. Nikola Jokic had his own version of the flu game. Marvin Williams got career-highs at the age of 30. Giannis is the second best player in fantasy. Seth Curry is better than his brother. Let’s get to it.  Continue reading “Friday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature”

Tuesday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature

Apologies for the brief hiatus. We got three games tonight highlighted by Dirk Nowitzki’s 30,000th points milestone. Congratulations to him. We also have a career-high by Russell Westbrook as he dropped 58 points on the Blazers. I can’t believe his career-high is only 58, I thought it would be higher than that. Bojan Bogdanovic continues to shoot lights out for the Wizards and is looking like the better sixth man trade compared to the Lou Williams one. Let’s get to the games.  Continue reading “Tuesday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature”

Thursday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature

A quiet three game night in the NBA. Jimmy Butler bounced back and beat the Warriors to give their first back-to-back loss since two years ago. Curry and Klay is still trying to find their shooting stroke. The Suns won a rare game with an Alan Williams’ sighting. Russell Westbrook did his thing tonight while Jusuf Nurkic continues to impress. Let’s get to it.  Continue reading “Thursday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature”

Tuesday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature

We got six games to cover on a Tuesday. The Morris brothers went off tonight. Nikola Jokic and Russell Westbrook both had ridiculous triple-doubles.  Marc Gasol continues to be a beast. We have another Nurk Alert. Kemba showed why he’s an All-Star and Julius Randle had the line of the night. Unfortunately, Kevin Durant went down after two minutes of the game with a hyperextended knee. Let’s get to it.  Continue reading “Tuesday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature”

Thursday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature

We finally got NBA back tonight! Even though the break wasn’t that boring (thanks to Woj and his bombs), I’m glad we finally got some NBA action to watch. The trade deadline was also today and it was eventful yet kind of underwhelming. The blockbusters were already made so teams were just trying to fill the gaps and acquire some low end assets. I’ll cover all the trades in another piece so we’ll get to the games first.  Continue reading “Thursday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature”

Wednesday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature

Fourteen games on the schedule, which means 28 teams to talk about. Long post incoming. Let’s get straight to it. Continue reading “Wednesday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature”

Tuesday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature

Three games on a Tuesday night but it wasn’t the three games that got the attention. We have another Woj bomb! The Magic is sending Serge Ibaka to the Raptors for Terrence Ross and ’17 first-round pick. The trade analysis that I’ll get into will be below the game recaps. We also got some unfortunate news regarding Kevin Love. He will undergo a scope on his knee that will sideline him for about six weeks. In terms of the games from tonight, the Bulls survived a run from the Raptors. The Cavs found a new big three without Love and held off Andrew Wiggins’ 41 points. Lou Williams came up short as he scored 19 in the fourth but it was Boogie’s 40 point effort that got them the win. Let’s get into the details. Continue reading “Tuesday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature”

Friday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature

Nine games on a Friday night to start the weekend. The Heat won their 13th straight game. Nikola Jokic dropped 40 in MSG. Draymond Green recorded a special triple-double. The Lakers rubbed salt into Bucks’ wounds. Anthony Davis won the battle of the big men. Kings won a thrilling one after being down by 22. And more that I’m covering so let’s get to tonight’s games.  Continue reading “Friday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature”
