Tuesday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature

Three games on a Tuesday night but it wasn’t the three games that got the attention. We have another Woj bomb! The Magic is sending Serge Ibaka to the Raptors for Terrence Ross and ’17 first-round pick. The trade analysis that I’ll get into will be below the game recaps. We also got some unfortunate news regarding Kevin Love. He will undergo a scope on his knee that will sideline him for about six weeks. In terms of the games from tonight, the Bulls survived a run from the Raptors. The Cavs found a new big three without Love and held off Andrew Wiggins’ 41 points. Lou Williams came up short as he scored 19 in the fourth but it was Boogie’s 40 point effort that got them the win. Let’s get into the details. Continue reading “Tuesday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature”

Trade: Jusuf Nurkic & Mason Plumlee Swap Teams

Remember when Kyle Korver got traded and it was supposed to create a domino effect for more trades? Well we finally got ourselves another trade. Let’s take a look at it first and we’ll break it down bit by bit.

Week 17 + 18’s Adds & Drops

We’re approaching the start of a new week and it’s about time to look forward to your next matchup to take advantage of some good pickups and streaming options. That’s why you head to the waiver wire. It’s a weird one in this week’s edition of Adds and Drops. We’ve got the All-Star break coming up and it’ll be two short weeks for week 17 and 18. In Yahoo! leagues, they’re combining week 17 and 18 together. Continue reading “Week 17 + 18’s Adds & Drops”

Friday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature

Nine games on a Friday night to start the weekend. The Heat won their 13th straight game. Nikola Jokic dropped 40 in MSG. Draymond Green recorded a special triple-double. The Lakers rubbed salt into Bucks’ wounds. Anthony Davis won the battle of the big men. Kings won a thrilling one after being down by 22. And more that I’m covering so let’s get to tonight’s games.  Continue reading “Friday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature”

Thursday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature

Five games on Thursday. Russell Westbrook dropped another triple-double. Isaiah Thomas scored 15 in the fourth again. Mavericks came back from down 22 points with Dirk coming in the clutch again. T.J. McConnell scored another game-winner as the Sixers won another game without Embiid. James Harden flirted with another triple-double and leads the league in double-double. However, we got some unfortunate news of Jabari Parker. He’s set to undergo a 12-month rehab session after tearing his ACL. Khris Middleton would get a decent bump, while Tony Snell and Michael Beasley is a deep league add. Let’s get to tonight’s games.  Continue reading “Thursday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature”

Tuesday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature

We got three games on the schedule tonight and even then we have some unfortunate injury news. Evan Turner fractured his third metacarpal on his right hand will probably miss 4-6 weeks. I talk a little bit about it later on. Apart from that, it was a shootout between C.J. McCollum and Dirk Nowitzki in Dallas. The Magic were also showcasing their talents of Vooch and Ibaka for potential trades since the trade deadline is coming soon. We got the the Nets and Hornets both desperately trying to end their losing streak. We also have news on Avery Bradley missing the road trip, which means four extra games missed. So let’s get to tonight’s games.  Continue reading “Tuesday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature”

Week 16’s Adds & Drops

We’re approaching the start of a new week and it’s about time to look forward to your next matchup to take advantage of some good pickups and streaming options. That’s why you head to the waiver wire. We have injuries falling left, right and center, which means opportunities for some players to step up. I got you covered but let’s take a look at the schedule for the upcoming week. Continue reading “Week 16’s Adds & Drops”

Thursday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature

Four games on the schedule tonight and we got some trades happening!! Remember when that Kyle Korver trade went down and everyone was saying it’s the first piece of the domino pieces to fall? Well, it’s slowly falling. We got Spencer Hawes and Roy Hibbert to Milwaukee Bucks while Miles Plumlee is going to the Charlotte Hornets. Biggest winner? Cody Zeller? Frank Kaminsky? There’s no clear winners. Apparently, Hornets like Miles Plumlee and will be Zeller’s understudy. Meanwhile, there’s going to be four bigs for Kidd to rotate around which will be a mess. Anyways, let’s get to the games tonight.  Continue reading “Thursday: Fan’s Fantasy Feature”
